What we keep, and why.

- We only collect what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you.
- No cookies, no ad trackers, no mailing lists. We never sell or share your details.

Who we are
Verbys is a software development studio. This page covers the website at verbys.com. If you have a question about it, email abhishek@verbys.com.
What we collect
- The project brief form. What you want your software to do, your name, your email, and, if you add them, your company, timeline, and any other details you write. We also record which button brought you to the form and, if you arrived from one of our emails or another site, the name of that campaign or site.
- Booking a call. Consultations are booked through Google Calendar. Google receives the details you enter there, under Google's privacy policy, and we receive the booking.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation.
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. If we count visits to this site, we use Plausible Analytics, which works without cookies and does not collect personal data. Visit counts are only ever seen in aggregate.
How we use it
To read your brief, reply to you, prepare for a call, and, if we work together, run the project. That is all. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your details.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, for security.
- Google provides our email and calendar booking, and serves the fonts this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs and emails for as long as we need them to talk with you and, if we work together, for normal business records. If we do not end up working together, ask and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. Email abhishek@verbys.com and we will take care of it within 30 days.
