Now booking projects for 2027

Software that ships. Built by Verbys.

A software development studio for teams that need things to actually happen. We design, build, and run production systems: web platforms, mobile apps, data pipelines, and AI that holds up under real traffic.

Capabilities

Every service is a verb.

We name our work by what it does for you. Each engagement is a function with an input you hand us and an output you can run in production.

build(product)

Products from zero to production

Web platforms, mobile apps, and internal tools. Designed, engineered, and launched by one team.

returns Deployed<App>
scale(system)

Re-architecture for load and cost

Profiling, caching, queueing, and database work for systems that slow down as they grow.

returns Headroom
automate(workflow)

Manual work, turned into pipelines

Replace spreadsheets, copy-paste, and swivel-chair ops with scheduled jobs and event-driven services.

returns Hours<Back>
integrate(apis[])

Your tools, finally talking

CRMs, billing, ERPs, and legacy databases connected with typed contracts, retries, and audit trails.

returns OneSourceOfTruth
think(data)

Applied AI that survives production

Retrieval, agents, and model integrations with evaluation suites, guardrails, and cost controls built in.

returns Eval<Passing>
secure(surface)

Hardening before it matters

Threat modeling, dependency audits, secrets hygiene, and access reviews baked into delivery.

Shipped

Recent builds.

A few things we have shipped lately. Our clients stay anonymous and the details stay between us. Ask, and we will walk you through the parts that matter to you.

HealthcarePrivate practice
automate(frontOffice)

The front office, on autopilot

A family therapy practice was handling scheduling, chart paperwork, and reporting by hand. We built a set of small tools that plug into the systems they already use, so most of the admin now takes care of itself. New front-desk staff even train on a hands-on scheduling exercise before they go live.

think(practice)

Answers from data they already had

The same practice had years of inquiries and appointments locked inside its systems, one of which offers no export at all. We pulled the data out and turned it into answers: where to open the next office, why some inquiries never become clients, and where clinicians' hours actually go.

Sports educationYouth programs
build(enrollment)

Enrollment that runs itself

A youth sports academy had signups, waitlists, and rosters living in inboxes and spreadsheets. We built the enrollment flow, a live staff roster, a billing ledger for a club program, and a follow-up system that keeps each coach's students private.

map(market)

Every property, on one map

An investment firm was tracking properties, owners, and contacts across spreadsheets and data exports. We built a private, map-first workspace to filter the market, draw an area, and pull the list, plus a sync that keeps their property list and website listings in step and flags anything that needs a human look. A deal sheet and CRM are on the way.

restore(website)

Back online after a breach

A consultancy's website was hacked and no clean copy survived. We recovered the content from public archives, rebuilt the site from scratch, and put it back to work for the business.

Smaller builds
  • transcribe(local)Private, on-device transcription. AI that turns recordings into text without the audio ever leaving the machine.
  • launch(event)A conference landing page, built to drop straight into the organizer's existing website builder.
  • invite(guests[])A multilingual event site in four languages, with RSVPs collected and tallied automatically.

Method

One pipeline, start to on-call.

The same five stages on every project. You always know which one we are in, what it produces, and what comes next.

Standards

Our defaults are in the config.

Quality is not a phase at the end. These settings ship with every Verbys repository, and you can read them on day one.

Ownership
Your GitHub org, your cloud account. We are guests.
Review
Two approvals per merge. AI assists, humans sign off.
Testing
Coverage gate on every PR (85% by default), plus end-to-end tests.
Handover
Docs, runbooks, and a recorded walkthrough. No tribal knowledge.

Telemetry

Every system ships observable.

Traces, metrics, and alerts are wired in before launch. This is the kind of live service map you get on day one. Hover or tap a node to trace its connections.

Engage

Three ways to run us.

Pick the shape that fits the problem. Every mode starts with a paid discovery week, so you get a real plan before a long commitment.

verbys sprint

A fixed-scope build with a fixed timeline. Best for an MVP, a prototype, or one sharp feature.

  • 4 to 8 weeks
  • Fixed price after discovery
  • Launch-ready handover
verbys squad

Squad

A dedicated cross-functional team working inside your roadmap. Best for products that are growing fast.

  • Engineers, design, and a lead
  • Monthly, cancel with 30 days notice
  • Your rituals, your tools
verbys operate

We keep production healthy and improving. Best for systems that are live and need a steady hand.

  • Monitoring and on-call
  • Monthly improvement budget
  • Quarterly SLO review
FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else, ask us directly. We reply within one business day.

Do you only work with tech companies?

No. Most of our recent work is for practices, programs, and service businesses that run on spreadsheets, inboxes, and off-the-shelf tools. If something in your week is repetitive, we can probably help.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, so we do not publish a price list. Every engagement starts with a short, paid discovery week. You leave it with a written plan and a fixed price for the build, then decide whether to go ahead.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. It lives in your accounts, and you get the documentation to keep it running with or without us.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a couple of weeks of a first call. Smaller automations and fixes can often start sooner.

Do you use AI?

Yes, where it helps. AI speeds up how we build, and we add it to products when it solves a real problem. A person still reviews every change, and nothing ships without tests.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. Most of our builds connect to what you already pay for: calendars, CRMs, billing, spreadsheets, and booking or practice management systems.

What happens after launch?

Your choice. We can stay on to monitor, fix, and improve things, or hand everything over with runbooks and a recorded walkthrough.
